Phonics / Spelling / SPAG
Upload the SPAG mat that is relevant for your year group. Choose the level you would like to have a go at. Remember * = mild ** = hot ***= spicy
You do not need to print the sheets off. You can write the answers in you exercise books. For those of you that do not have the technology required to be able to see the sheets very well, please continue practising with your spellings instead.

Click on the link above. Listen carefully to the author Michael Rosen who gives you lots of tips about how to write a brilliant recount. Choose three experiences that happened during half term that you would like to describe.
See how many of these features of a recount you can include:
- Write in the past tense
- Write your events in the order that they happened.
- Include a beginning, middle and end
- Use interesting words
- Use time connectives
- Y2 – can you re-read your work and improve it?
