Main activity
We are going to see if we can solve some addition worded problems today. See if you can complete one of the task sheets. You do not need to copy out the problems you can just write down what you think the calculation will be and then show me your working out to find the answer. There are two task sheets but you only need to complete one.
English
Spend 5 to 10 minutes reading and practising your spellings.
Today we are learning to use adjectives in our writing.
See the powerpoint attached on what an adjective does. Then re-write each of the sentences on the sheet in your most beautiful handwriting and add in adjectives to improve them.
(Please note I have added an additional grammar activity 'simple noun phrases' for those of you that would like an extra activity. This is completely optional)
Topic
Today we would normally do PE so if you would like to take part in Joe Wicks PE he will be doing this live at 9am.
